~~~~ Why We Do This ~~~~
We are followers of Jesus Christ first and foremost.  As he ascended into heaven Jesus said, "Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. (Matt. 28:19,20) NIV"  I felt God spoke to my heart in 1985 to go to Russia and share the Gospel shortly after I was baptized in the Holy Spirit.   It was in obedience to that call that I went to North Central University, pastored, and later, finally, to Russia.
~~~~ How We Are Supported ~~~~

   We have two primary means of support - spiritual and physical - that comes from loyal friends of the Harvest.  The spiritual support is through prayer, without which we would have long ago given up or perished in numerous near disasters (See Russia Tales).  The financial support is from generous Saints who give individually or through their churches.  These gifts are sent to AGWM (Assemblies of God World Missions) in Springfield, MO, processed and then passed on to us.  We pray for those who support us and are very grateful for their sacrifices.  Click here for details on how to give.

Whats Happening!

Doug has just returned from the States and received yet another visa.  This time he hung out in Springfield with Meri and helped her to get her drivers permit.  They then flew back to Moscow together to attend Kate's Spring Banquet (Prom) and her graduation.  It is nice to have the whole family together again.

Praise God, He is not affected by financial crisis.  However, we have been.  We beg you to remain faithful to our support.  The Lord will honor your faithfulness. When we were small church pastors we supported the Missionaries before we took salary.  God was faithful to provide for a house, car and our needs.
      We are continuing to work with churches and church plants as we have funds.  God is continuing to use us here in Russia.  Thanks for all you do to make this possible.

If you are able, please send us cash offerings to offset our budget deficits.

         The church in Pavletsky Posad (near Moscow) is seeking construction
teams and finances.   We have need of teams for other projects as well.

We are $1100 short for the church plant in Peremishly and are looking for donors.

Please pray for a way for Doug to remain in Russia long term. Until then the additional travel is detrimental to our budget.
