Doug is working with missionary Mark Broberg, Eurasia Coordinator for Royal Rangers International (RRI), to help establish and grow Royal Rangers in Russia.  Doug is the NW Regional Coordinator.

We are playing catch-up.  Royal rangers is growing faster than we can train leaders.  Some groups are springing up almost spontaneously.  One group started in Siberia with only the Pioneers age level student book.
We need prayer & funds to:

Translate the new materials
Register RR in Russia
Establish a national camp
Make awards, patches, etc.
Print "High Adventure"

Your outpost can give to any
of these.

Reaching, Teaching, and Keeping Kids for Jesus in Russia !
Royal Rangers in Russia is co-ed.  During the Soviet era the kids were called "Young Pioneers"
They went to camp every summer to learn how to be model Soviet citizens.  This program is all but gone.  However, Royal Rangers can fill that void.  Camping is a huge part of culture here for girls as well as boys.   Some of our groups are buying those old Young Pioneer camps to use for the Glory of God.

The big task for us right now is to translate and print our new materials.  Our literature representative said its the biggest project he's every seen and he's seen a lot!   We have 3 years worth of materials for each age group and leaders guides.  We also need to develop patches and awards for Russia.  We have been putting our current resources into the Leadership Training Modules so we can train leaders who can train others.

Already we have a few Nationals who can and do travel to do training academys and camps.  But only a few and they have their own responsibilities.

We would also like to develop and publish a high class copy of "High Adventure" to promote,
equip, Rangers in Russia.

We need to register Rangers in Russia so our outposts can have a valid document to exist legally and be able to use public facilities.

We have a vision to establish a national camp and training center.
